I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were kept clean, and the view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who even made some special arrangements upon my request. The location couldn't have been better, being very close to the Matterhorn Express gondola. However, dining options were a bit limited, and there were some minor issues with the facilities.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were immaculate and had breathtaking views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, making my experience truly exceptional. The location was so convenient, just steps away from the Red bus line and close to the cable car station. The only downside was that the dining options, while included, lacked variety. Despite this, the value for money was unbeatable.
